99th post.Losing UNnecessary weight,

sudah 99th post.Yayy!!


Suddenly i've losing UNnecessary weight.Hadoi.
Semalam timbang berat then the timbang indicate 40.2 kg.
Mak aiii!

Saya dah macam tiang berjalan.
Kawan-kawan pon dah cakap macam tu.Mujur lah saya agak rendah.
Kalau tinggi sumpah burok.Heee.. :3

Kawan-kawan (include si ChongChong bushuk) dah mempersendakan tulang berjalan ni..Haish..Tak suke!! :'(

I myself already uncomfortable dengan badan sendiri.Macam dah lemah.Tak cukup tenaga.

Anyone.Suggestion for supplement??

note of the day : Camne berat boleh turun mendadak walhal didiey suke makan macam-macam.Junk food nombor satu.Orang kate,makan junk food boleh gemuk.
